The theme for 2022 is Making the Connection. 2021 was year two of the pandemic. During this pandemic, we have had to work at making new and different connections with our participants and families, co-workers, and others. We all know the importance of Connection with the community, the larger health care landscape, regulatory agencies, National PACE and other PACE Programs, as well as each other so we can provide the needed services to the frail elderly population. This year's conference highlights what we've learned from 2021 as we continue to make connections.
