SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR PACKAGES

GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP $25,000:

• 15-minute Zoom session with NC PACE Executive Directors, to be determined later with Association assistance.
• Assistance with further member collaboration with the Association.
• Association E-blast sponsorship with logo for 6 weeks.
• Registration contact list before conference.
• Exhibitor booth space with 3 complimentary registrations included.
• Full page advertisement (4” x 5.25”) in conference pamphlet to include logo and company biography.
• Sponsor page listing on conference website/app, as well as virtual sponsor booth. Choice of 1 keynote session and 2 breakout sessions sponsorship.

SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP $15,000:

• Choice of 1 keynote session and 1 breakout sessions sponsorship.
• Custom half page PowerPoint slide to be added to the loop displayed in the keynote session hall.

BRONZE LEVEL SPONSORSHIP $10,000:

• An article to be included in one Association E-blast.
• Logo to be included in Association E-blast for 2 consecutive issues. Registration contact list before conference.
• Exhibitor booth space with 2 complimentary registrations included. Quarter page advertisement (2” x 2”) in conference pamphlet to include logo and company information.
• Sponsor page listing on conference website/app, as well as virtual sponsor booth.
• Choice of 1 breakout session sponsorship.
• Logo to be added to the slide loop displayed in the keynote session hall.

FRIENDS OF PACE SPONSORSHIP $7,500:

• Logo to be included in Association E-blast for 6 consecutive weeks. Registration contact list before conference.
• Exhibitor booth space with 1 complimentary registration included.
• Logo and website to be listed in conference pamphlet.
• Sponsor page listing on conference website/app, as well as virtual sponsor booth. Logo to be added to the slide loop displayed in the keynote session hall.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH $2,500:

• Exhibitor booth space with 2 complimentary registrations included.

Shipping Fees: Due to limitation in secured storage space, the hotel will only accept packages that are sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival & must be marked with the responsible party’s name, NC PACE Conference, plus “Hold for Arrival Date of Wednesday, October 2, 2024.”

The handling charges are as follows:

Boxes up to 36" x 24" x 24": $15.00 per box

Larger Boxes/Display Cases: $30.00 per box

Pallets: $250.00 per pallet
