NC PACE Director, Liz Bradsher, has 30 + years of business experience working in both the private and public sectors. She worked on developing benefit plans for the Blues and then moved on to become a Senior Benefits Consultant for Marriott, working with a team to develop and provide a Managed Care program for their 250,000 employees. While developing and implementing a wellness curriculum and program for grades K-12 for a nonprofit partnering with Sentara Healthcare, 4H and the Prince William County Public School System, she became involved in community advocacy. She worked on issues of public education, health and wellness for county residents and matters of county growth and economic development in southern Fairfax County, VA. She developed a federal and county land swap, which initiated the closing of a DC prison and provided the first VA state private-public partnership to build a new high school, middle school, and elementary school in Fairfax VA, resulting in a savings of over $23,000,000 to the county.
